Fiona has been part of Arinsal fabric for decades. Creating, building, expanding and developing village businesses in hospitality, tourism, bars & restauarants.

The Hotel Montane | Arinsal is in the heart of Arinsal and at the heart of Fiona's passion. Her drive for offering high level service, care and comfort and exquisite dining all come together inside the Montane Hotel.

Fiona's touch and attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. The quality bed linen, impeccable cleaning, creating and inspiring menu and added extras tea making facilities and hot coffee served all day.

Fiona was awarded the MBE for services on behalf of United Kingdom in Andorra in 2018 at a ceremony in Buckingham Palace attended by the then HRH Prince of Wales. (King Charles III of the United Kingdom
Manager | Alejandro
Alejandro has worked alongside Fiona at the Montane-Arinsal for several years adding flair, charm, style and charisma throughout the hotel.

Alejandro, "Ale" takes personal pride and care in making sure that the smaller details are never overlooked, it's often these details that make our guests return to us year after year.
​
Ale is most at home as Front of House / Maitre d' in our fine a la carte restaurant. Ale has a vast knowledge of wines, food and perfect pairing for a memorable meal in one of Arinsals' top restaurants.
